True Democracy
For the first fifty years we will gather information regarding the governance of Canada, by Canada day and New Years Eve. Data gathered will be non-binding and will be considered as a guideline to elected officials as represented majority opinion. In conclusion to the results of the data, opinions concerning the greater interest in regards to the participating citizens should be addressed, and made public. After the fifty year period on a two year cycle of six month intervals data should be sufficient enough stating Canadian opinion. There on that date, data will be collected by Canada Day, on a four year cycle of one year intervals. Twice a year for fifty years documents the end of a generation beginning of another and the duration of a whole. Therefore the equivalent to two whole generations, and a hundred years of data, on four year cycles of one year intervals.

All potential leaders will be given opportunity to state there goals (a start to finish plan) if elected into leadership. The leader with the greatest influence of the population will be the one elected into office, as Mayor, Premier, or Prime Minister. Once appointed the leader must put plan into effect. If the people see that the leader is not meeting with their requirements, then on the next election the chance of a leader being re-elected is unlikely. The leader who has done as they said will be remembered as the leader who passed the legislation that improved our country in that regard. All leaders' plans to improve our country will be saved in an archive available to the public over the internet for future reference.

The citizens, who complete the survey "Canadian Views" by Canada Day and New Years Eve, should be given a tax break if both dates have been met. After twenty-five years the need for a tax break would be meaningless, for the need of this process will be desired more than mere profit. "Canadian Views" will ideally be distributed to all food sources (Safeway's, Co op's, Superstore's) across Canada. To be completed on own time "Canadian Views" Can be submitted in drop boxes where applications can be found. Opinions will be catalogued in note form by topic heading. Reference to original text will be stated on "Canadian Views". To determine the standpoint of a Canadian Citizen, we must determine what they believe in regards to "want change", "leave as is" or "undetermined". Similarities in opinions will create the sub-sections. Majority found in similarities will be addressed based on necessity of the topic. Results of "Canadian Views" will be available to the public on the internet, stating general and prioritized majority opinion. Matters concerning even distribution of fractioned opinion shall refer to previous catalogue to determine necessity and or priority, if unable to meet with both requirements.

Due to data collected by "Canadian Views" a prioritized majority opinion is stated. When presented to the Mayor, Premier, or Prime Minister, representatives will speak of their regions prioritized majority Canadian opinion. Elected representatives shall address matters of importance to their regions; bills shall be processed into legislature only by citizens' approval. Before the bill is to be processed the people should have one last jurisdictional vote.

If a landmass with a dense population is given equal representation, as a landmass with a lesser population then issues of all Canadian regions will be addressed more equally. To make a vote of a lesser populated region equivalent to a larger populated region, we must find a common denominator to benefit the people as a whole. In algebra 4/8 is equal to 1/2. to apply this concept to the voting system would evenly distribute power across the land. Giving every Canadian Citizen an equal opportunity, to have their opinion heard.

Elections will be conducted in the same manor they are today, except there will be no vote to a party. Since the concept of parties state the governance of their opinion, instead the opinions of the participating citizens are to be final. Aldermen, Members of Legislature and Parliament will gather data relevant to their jurisdictional needs. By eliminating the parties perspective, the elected officials who are chosen to represent the participating citizens, will present the information they have collected. The representatives vote will be dictated by the way they are told by regions they represent. An election would be to vote on the leader with the best plan, addressed to an issue that suits one of the Canadian opinions. The ballot will contain the leaders names, end goals and prioritization of which plan the voter would like to see first, also the options "DO NOT PROCEED", "RE-EVALUATE", and "PROCEED". The election will determine the percentage of effort the government shall put into each plan. The leader of the plan with the greatest percentage will hold the responsibilities of Mayor, Premier, or Prime Minister. Overall all representatives should work together to meet the goals of all participating Canadian Citizens.
